• Pro Plan: $9.99/month or $99/year with unlimited generations
• Enterprise Plan: $29.99/month or $299/year with advanced features

3.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing customers

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle.

4. Service Usage

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without appropriate plan
• Create deepfakes or misleading content
• Harass or harm other users

4.2 Content Guidelines

• Only upload photos of pets you own or have permission to use
• Do not upload photos containing humans' faces
• Ensure photos are appropriate and family-friendly
• Do not use the Service to create harmful or misleading content

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for providing the Service.

5.2 Generated Content

AI-generated portraits created through the Service are subject to the following:

• Free Plan: Personal use only, with watermark
• Pro and Enterprise Plans: Commercial use permitted, no watermark
• You own the rights to portraits you generate with paid plans

5.3 Our Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Pet Portrait AI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for user-generated content
• We make no warranties about accuracy or reliability of information

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pet Portrait AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pet Portrait AI and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm to other users or the Service
• Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
